Monday, July 19, 2010 at 10:34AM Had a great time this past month with Gemma Bark in town. Gemma is the daughter of Joe Bark, world famous paddleboard shaper. We spent a few days at Waimea rock running and Gemma got acquainted with summertime in the bay while training underwater.....

Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 11:14AM over the weekend jim shot kokua festival for the 5th time. this is becoming the trademark shot at the end of the evening when all the artists come out for a last performance & this photo is taken from the ladder. this year included Jack, Taj Mahal, Ziggy Marley, Anuhea, Paula Fuga & Jake Shimabukuro...A wonderful time was had by all. Monday, April 19, 2010 at 10:39AM Last night was the Hawaii preview of the movie 'Fiberglass and Megapixels' as part of the Hawaii International Film Festival. The film, by Derek and Craig Hoffman, focuses on a classic group of professional surfers, photographers and cinematographers who share their perspective on what it takes to get that epic shot and to live a life completely based around surfing. Derek and Craig portray the North Shore of Oahu beautifully and really give a unique perspective on the industry. There was an amazing turnout and I'm proud to be a part of this film....
